The Grandfather Mountain Stewardship Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation which was established to preserve Grandfather Mountain, operate the nature park in the public interest, and participate in educational and research activities.

All proceeds from sales of tickets and souvenirs go toward caring for and presenting Grandfather Mountain in a manner that inspires good stewardship in others.

The Foundation invests in partnerships and collaborations that promote environmental responsibility and eco-efficiency in its effort to become a laboratory for environmental best practices.

The Grandfather Mountain Stewardship Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization and all donations are tax-deductible. Checks, made payable to the Grandfather Mountain Stewardship Foundation, may be mailed to P. O. Box 129, Linville, NC 28646.

Or you may click the button on the right to make your secure, on-line donation by credit card. This form provides a list of current projects available for your support, or it offers you the option of allocating your gift "where most needed."

You may also choose to adopt one of the animal that make their home in Grandfather's wildlife Habitats. Some of the funds will go to upgrading the habitats in which these animals live, but most of it will go to purchase treats, toys and other distractions that are used as "enrichment" so that the animals have something different and fun to break up their routines each day.
